DEQ Awards Nearly $60 Million To 11 Drinking Water And Wastewater Systems Across Idaho
BOISE, Idaho, Dec. 2 -- The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality issued the following news on Dec. 1, 2022:
The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) today announced the award of $59,187,419 in construction grants to 11 drinking water and wastewater systems as part of Governor Brad Little's Leading Idaho initiative.

BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 29 -- Idaho Attorney General Lawrence Wasden issued the following news release:
Attorney General Lawrence Wasden has announced a Twin Falls County woman was sentenced Monday, November 21, for Public Assistance Provider Fraud.
29-year-old Mariah C. Ross, of Twin Falls, pleaded guilty in August.

Idaho Education Dept.: Fall 2022 Idaho Reading Indicator Results Reach Pre-Pandemic Levels

The latest results from Idaho's early reading test, the Idaho Reading Indicator, show overall proficiency exceeding pre-pandemic levels, with especially strong improvement in kindergarten and first grade.
