N.C. U.S. Attorney: American Contractor Pleads Guilty in Death of U.S. Military Doctor
GREENSBORO, North Carolina, Nov. 10 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of North Carolina, Sandra J. Hairston, issued the following news release on Nov. 8, 2022:
A former American military contractor pleaded guilty today to involuntary manslaughter for fatally striking an active duty U.S. Air Force medical doctor with a forklift as she was walking on Al Dhafra Airbase in the United Arab Emirates.
