RALEIGH, North Carolina, Nov. 9 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release on Nov. 8, 2022:
Attorney General Josh Stein today urged the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina to allow a case filed by western North Carolina municipalities to go forward.
