Gov. Burgum: Final Drafts Of Tribal-State Gaming Compacts Submitted For Review; Public Comment Period Closes
BISMARCK, North Dakota, Nov. 3 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news on Nov. 2, 2022:
Gov. Doug Burgum has submitted final drafts of new tribal-state gaming compacts for review, after months of negotiations with the five tribal nations with whom North Dakota shares geography.
