Cassidy Discusses Passenger Rail In North Louisiana

GAO Dismisses Protest by Vigor Marine of Oregon
WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a decision on Nov. 1, 2022, dismissing a bid protest dated Aug. 28, 2022, filed by Vigor Marine LLC of Portland, Oregon.
According to the GAO, Vigor Marine LLC "protests the terms of delivery order request for proposals (RFP) No. 0287, issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), for dry-dock repair and alteration aboard the USS Kansas City (LCS-22).
