BLS Issues Report on Metropolitan Area Employment & Unemployment - July 2022
WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 (TNSrep) -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics issued the following report (No. USDL-22-1759) on Aug. 31, 2022:
Unemployment rates were lower in July than a year earlier in 383 of the 389 metropolitan areas, higher in 5 areas, and unchanged in 1 area, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.
