TRENTON, New Jersey, Aug. 25 -- New Jersey Acting Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin issued the following news release on Aug. 24, 2022:
Acting Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin and Commissioner of Environmental Protection (DEP) Shawn M. LaTourette announced today the filing of seven new environmental enforcement actions across the state.
Six of the environmental justice lawsuits filed today center on a broad array of chemical pollutants that have tainted separate, unrelated sites in Newark
