Fish & Wildlife Service Receives Applications for Enhancement of Survival Permit for Take of Aquatic Species in North Carolina
WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 -- The U.S. Department of Interior's Fish & Wildlife Service has issued a notice, published in the Federal Register on Aug. 23, 2022, entitled "Programmatic Enhancement of Survival Permit for a Safe Harbor Agreement and Candidate Conservation Agreement With Assurances for Aquatic Species in North Carolina; Categorical Exclusion."
