N.H. A.G. Formella Files Complaint Against Former Owners of Elite Home Services, Alleging Unfair and Deceptive Acts or Practices
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 16 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
Attorney General John M. Formella announces that a civil complaint was filed in Rockingham County Superior Court against Scott Sanford and Giuseppe Guardino for engaging in unfair and deceptive acts or practices.
The complaint alleges that Sanford and Guardino engaged in unfair and deceptive acts or practices while managing Elite Home Services, a home remodeling company. Elite Ho
