WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 -- The House Judiciary Committee issued a report (H.Rpt. 117-436) on the Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act (H.R. 2814), which aims to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act and provide for the discoverability and admissibility of gun trace information in civil proceedings.
