JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Aug. 5 -- The U.S. Navy's U.S. Fleet Forces Command issued the following news: The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Delbert D. Black (DDG 119) departed Naval Station Mayport on the ship's inaugural deployment, Aug. 2.
