WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-W.Va., has introduced legislation (H.R. 8620) to "allow community supports to meet specific needs of families and children through an electronic care portal under the MaryLee Allen Promoting Safe and Stable Families program."
