N.H. U.S. Attorney: N.C. Woman Pleads Guilty to Selling Unapproved COVID-19 Remedies
CONCORD, New Hampshire, July 28 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, Jane E. Young, posted the following news release on July 27, 2022:
Diana Daffin, 69, of Charlotte, North Carolina, pleaded guilty in federal court to selling unapproved drugs with the intent to defraud or mislead the FDA, United States Attorney Jane E. Young announced today.
