N.H. A.G. Formella Sues Pharmacies for Overly Dispensing Opioids
CONCORD, New Hampshire, July 27 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
Attorney General John M. Formella filed a civil lawsuit today against several retail pharmacy chains following an investigation into the alleged overdistribution and dispensing of prescription opioids across the State of New Hampshire.
