NASS - New England Field Office: Value of Floriculture Sales Up 7% in Connecticut
CONCORD, New Hampshire, May 27 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - New England Field Office issued the following news release:
The 2021 value of floriculture sales in Connecticut is up 7% from the 2020 evaluation according to Pam Hird, state statistician for USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), New England Field Office.
The total crop value for all growers with $100,000 or more in sales is estimated at $165 million for 2021, com
