WASHINGTON, May 13 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Community Living issued the following news release: ACL is pleased to announce the 2022 cohorts of CDSME and Falls Prevention grantees. The project period for these grants is May 1, 2022- April 30, 2025. The new CDSME grantees will reach an estimated 14,000 older adults and adults with disabilities through evidence-based CDSME and support programs.
