BISMARCK, North Dakota, April 13 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news:
Gov. Doug Burgum has directed the Capitol and other state facilities in the Bismarck area to remain closed through Wednesday after the City of Bismarck declared a snow emergency effective 7 p.m. today due to ongoing blizzard conditions.
Burgum had earlier ordered the Capitol and other state facilities in the Bismarck area to close at 12:30 p.m. today.
