WASHINGTON, March 6 -- Whale and Dolphin Conservation, Plymouth, Massachusetts, and the Center for Biological Diversity, Tucson, Arizona, on Feb. 16, 2022, issued a 9-page public comment on the Draft 2021 Marine Mammal Stock Assessment Reports (NOAA-NMFS-2022-0013-0001) issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
