Rep. Manning Announces $16.1M in Funding for Appalachian Development Highway System in North Carolina
GREENSBORO, North Carolina, Feb. 1 -- Rep. Kathy Manning, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Jan. 31, 2022:
Congresswoman Kathy Manning (NC-06) announced that North Carolina will receive $16,149,326 in funding for the Appalachian Development Highway System (ADHS).
