U.S. Senators Rob Portman (R-OH) and Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) applauded the Army Corps of Engineer's fiscal year (FY) 2022 spend plan, which allocates $742 million provided through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) for the Soo Locks and Brandon Road Lock and Dam projects.
