Sen. Capito Introduces Bill to Enact Definition of Waters of U.S. Into Law
WASHINGTON, Jan. 12 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., has introduced legislation (S. 3456) to "enact the definition of waters of the United States into law."
