N.H. Insurance Dept. Issues Bulletin Regarding Annual Reports for Pharmacy Benefit Managers
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Dec. 28 -- The New Hampshire Department of Insurance issued the following news release:
New Hampshire Insurance Department (NHID) Commissioner Christopher Nicolopoulos issued a bulletin intended to remind all registered Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) of their annual data reporting obligations and to provide additional guidance regarding how to submit the required data to the Department.
PBMs are required to submit with their renewal applications an electronic workbook

N.H. State Senate: Republican Budget Delivers Major Tax Relief for N.H. Communities
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Dec. 28 -- The New Hampshire State Senate issued the following news release:
New Hampshire municipalities are receiving a 45% increase in revenue from the Meals and Rentals Tax, thanks to the recently enacted Republican state budget.
