Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Director of Charitable Trusts will host a public hearing regarding a proposed transaction between The Prospect-Woodward Home d/b/a Hillside Village and Covenant Living of Keene on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The hearing will be held in-person at Hillside Village Keene, 95 Wyman Road, Keene, New Hampshire.
