WASHINGTON, Nov. 12 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Nov. 11, 2021: Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the final 14.6 mile stretch of U.S. Route 35. With the last portion of the highway completed, travelers will now be able to drive from Scott Depot, West Virginia to the Ohio state line.
