LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Nov. 11 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, Jonathan D. Ross, issued the following news release on Nov. 10, 2021: Thirteen people will appear in federal court today after being arrested Tuesday morning as part of "Operation Hartbreak Kid."
