N.H. A.G. Formella: Contractor Thomas Gioseffi Indicted for Theft of Consumer's Money
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Oct. 23 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
Attorney General John M. Formella announces the indictments of Thomas Gioseffi, age 67, of Hampton, New Hampshire, for one count of felony theft by unauthorized taking and one count of felony theft by misapplication. Mr. Gioseffi owns Genesis Builders, LLC., and Gio Realty, LLC.
The Rockingham County Grand Jury indicted Mr. Gioseffi on a Class A felony count of Theft By Unauthoriz
