N.H. A.G. Formella Announces Settlement With StubHub, Inc.
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 16 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella announces a settlement with California-based StubHub, Inc., concerning the company's refusal to pay refunds to consumers for concerts, sports events and other events that were cancelled as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. New Hampshire joins nine other states and the District of Columbia in a multistate resolution with the company.

CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 15 -- The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services issued the following news release:

Unemployment Rate for August 2021
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 15 -- The New Hampshire Employment Security issued the following news release:
New Hampshire's preliminary seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for August 2021 was 3.0 percent. This was an increase of 0.1 percentage point from the July rate, which remained at 2.9 percent after revision. The August 2020 seasonally adjusted rate was 6.6 percent, reflecting the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on New Hampshire's labor force statistics.
