WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- The Environmental Protection Agency has issued a rule (40 CFR Part 82), published in the Federal Register on Aug. 23, 2021, entitled: "Protection of Stratospheric Ozone: Extension of the Laboratory and Analytical Use Exemption for Essential Class I Ozone-Depleting Substances".
