Acting N.H. U.S. Attorney: Amherst Man Pleads Guilty to Threatening Members of Congress, N.H. State Representative
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 10 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, John J. Farley, issued the following news release on Aug. 9, 2021:
Ryder Winegar, 34, of Amherst, pleaded guilty on Friday in federal court to six counts of threatening members of Congress and one count of transmitting interstate threatening communications, Acting United States Attorney John J. Farley announced.
In February 2021, Winegar was indicted by a federal grand jury and charged with six count
