WASHINGTON, June 29 -- The U.S. Agency for International Development in Nairobi, Kenya, announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for sustainable management of Tsavo and Amboseli landscapes. The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "USAID Kenya and East Africa (USAID/KEA) is interested in scaling-up landscape-level biodiversity conservation in targeted areas which fall outside nationally protected areas.
