CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, May 13 -- Duke Energy issued the following news release on May 12, 2021: North Carolina regulators recently approved Duke Energy's 5-megawatt (MW) solar project in Buncombe County - the company's first that will be located on a retired county landfill.
