Acting N.C. U.S. Attorney: Corporate Officer Sentenced to Prison for Medicaid Fraud
NEW BERN, North Carolina, March 31 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina, G. Norman Acker, III, issued the following news release on March 30, 2021:
A Greensboro woman was sentenced today to 37 months in prison and also ordered to make restitution in the amount of $ 213,927.55 to the North Carolina Medicaid program for Conspiracy to Commit Health Care Fraud.
