Attorney General Karl A. Racine today announced the filing of four cases and resolution of two others concerning financial exploitation of elderly and vulnerable adults. SANTA CRUZ, California, March 9 (TNSJou) -- The University of California Santa Cruz campus issued the following news:
Sea otters have long been recognized as a classic example of a keystone species, a dominant predator that maintains the balance of kelp forest ecosystems by controlling populations of sea urchins, which are voracious kelp grazers.
