WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- The U.S. Tax Court issued the following news release on Nov. 30: Chief Judge Maurice B. Foley announced today that as of November 25, 2020, Senior Judge Robert P. Ruwe has fully retired and is no longer recalled for judicial service.
