MILITARY Double Hull Tanker Sought by U.S. Navy

WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command has issued a pre-solicitation notice (N00033-12-R-5118) for "a double hull tanker capable of carrying 37,000-barrels of three clean petroleum products in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation from Seabrook, Texas to Killingholme, U.K. to Akrotiri, Cyprus." It was posted on Jan. 20 with a response date of Jan. 24. . . .
