WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command has issued a pre-solicitation notice (N00033-12-R-5406) for "the rental of a double hull tanker capable of carrying 175,000-barrels of three clean petroleum products in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation." It was posted on Jan. 20 with a response date of Jan. 23. . . .
