WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 -- The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation notice (N00033-12-R-2506) for "the operation of multiple boats and related maintenance services, port operations and waterfront administration in support of Naval Submarine Support Command at Hickam Air Force Base." It was posted on Jan. 19 with a response date of March 12. Place of performance will be in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. . . .
