WASHINGTON, Jan. 19 -- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., has issued a pre-solicitation notice (W31P4Q-11-R-0242) for Norwegian advanced surface to air missile system effort and includes the maintenance and sustainment of surface launchers, fire direction centers, trucks and associated communication and forensic equipment.
