WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- The U.S. Army issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on Jan. 10, 2023. TORCH TECHNOLOGIES INC., Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded a $10,607,671 modification to contract (W31P4Q-21-F-0038) for engineering services.
