WASHINGTON, Jan. 2 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on Dec. 5, 2023. MANSON CONSTRUCTION CO., Seattle, Washington, was awarded a $70,627,100 firm-fixed-price contract (W91236-24-C-5006) for Norfolk Harbor and channel dredging.
