GLOBALFOUNDRIES U.S. 2, Essex Junction, Vermont, was awarded a single award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract (HQ072723D0003) with a 10-year ordering period for the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) Trusted Access Program Office.
