WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- The U.S. Army issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on Sept. 14, 2023. TORCH TECHNOLOGIES INC., Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded a $15,839,827 modification to contract (W31P4Q-21-F-0052) to provide various types of simulation support.
