WASHINGTON, May 26 -- The U.S. Navy issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on May 17, 2023. HUNTINGTON INGALLS INC. - NEWPORT NEWS SHIPBUILDING, Newport News, Virginia, was awarded a $65,803,613 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-16-C-2116) for continued engineering and technical support for CVN 80 and CVN 81.
