WASHINGTON, May 15 -- R.C. CONSTRUCTION, Greenwood, Mississippi, won a share of an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity federal contract award valued at up to $1,000,000,000 from the U.S. Navy, San Diego, California, for the construction, renovation and repair of various heavy horizontal and civil engineering construction projects at government installations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.
