WASHINGTON, April 15 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following high-value contract information through the Pentagon on April 6, 2023. LOBAR INC., Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $23,565,900 firm-fixed-price contract (W912DR-23-C-0011) to construct an instructional design center/distance learning center facility for Customs and Border Protection.
