WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Pre-Con Products, Simi Valley, Calif., won a $1,934,133.89 federal contract from the U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command, Hueneme, Calif., for pre-fabricated concrete foundations for tower, shelter, generator and fuel tanks.
