WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 -- SIKU Construction LLC, Anchorage, Alaska, won a $183,384 federal contract modification from the U.S. Department of Commerce's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Kansas City, Mo., for the installation of a new dome under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
