WASHINGTON, Sept. 3 -- eTech Environmental & Safety Solutions Inc., Odessa, Texas, won a $7,500,000 federal contract from the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Acquisition Management for the Targeted Brownfield Assessments under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Places of performance will be in Ansted, Mount Hope and Webster Springs, W.Va. . . .
