WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- LS MARINE, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, won a federal contract award for $21,894,700 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the construction of floodplain forests, mudflats, wetlands, duck habitat and berms of various sizes and shapes within the Mississippi River, located upstream of Lake Pepin.
