WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- TRANSCO INDUSTRIES, Portland, Oregon, won a federal contract award for $3,405,174 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska, for the fabrication of six draft tube bulkheads, including rubber seals to replace the existing tailrace bulkheads at Gavins Point Dam in Crofton, Nebraska.
